Necklace - "Ever Harmonious"

This necklace was inspired by the best of Mother Nature’s gifts.
COMPONENTS: This elaborate piece invokes the idea of harmony, as does its title. First - about the patina - all of the brass components are covered in the Grand Manan patina - I applied natural ingredients and left them in the open sky and salty air on Grand Manan Island - to “age”. Now, about the components themselves - the pendant is comprised of a brass circle and a brass shield that I altered and scratched for more texture and interest. From this little shield, I suspended three dangles - a titanium quartz crystal cube, a patinated half-flowers and two ovals in varying sizes and materials. The chain is made up of small brass circles which I hand-hammered and altered as well - again, covered in a patina. The necklace ends in a small lobster-claw closure.

DIMENSIONS: Chain length: approx. 23”, 58.5cm Pendant length: 4”, 10.2cm
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Do not submerge the necklace. Doing so will alter the patina and dangles. If the necklace gets wet, dab the moisture away gently with tissue.
