Earrings - "Soft Grassy Paths"

These earrings were inspired by the best of Mother Nature’s gifts.
COMPONENTS: All of the raw brass components in these earrings are covered in the Grand Manan Patina - one I achieved by applying to them different natural ingredients, and then leaving them in the open, salty air of the Island, to “age”. The patina is raw - meaning that there will be slight alternations in it from time to time - as if the metal were alive. Accompanying the hammered brass and silvertone metal are rough, genuine ancient Roman glass beads, in lovely shades of green and yellow. The ancient glass is reminiscent of sea glass. The earrings will sway gently as you move - long and sultry.
Suspended from stainless steel, handmade earwires. You have a choice here (see last photo):
Option A - Kite Stainless Steel with plastic backs

Option B - Almond Stainless Steel with closure - please select at CHECKOUT
If you so desire, warm summer mornings on Grand Manan Island will find your feet exploring soft grassy paths - and if you are there early enough, you will see dew glistening in the early light. DIMENSIONS: Overall length (from top of earwire to lowest part of earrings) 3 1/4”, 8.1cm - slightly shorter if selecting Option A for earwires.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Do not submerge the earrings as that may alter the patina. If the earrings get wet, dab the moisture away gently with tissue.
