Earrings - "Second Chances"

These earrings were inspired by the best of Mother Nature’s gifts.
COMPONENTS: In these cheerful dangle earrings, I paired raw brass and brass in metal tone with premium Czech table glass beads - in two shapes and sizes. Along for the ride are also charming little heart-shaped pearl beads. The hues are smile-generating and fresh. All of the brass components are also covered in the Grand Manan Patina - one I achieved by applying to them different natural ingredients, and then leaving them in the open, salty air of the Island, to “age”. The patina is raw - meaning that there will be slight alternations in it from time to time - as if the metal were alive.
Suspended from stainless steel, handmade earwires. You have a choice here (see last photo):

DIMENSIONS: Overall length (from top of earwire to lowest part of earrings) 2 3/4”, 7 cm - slightly shorter if selecting Option A for earwires.
There is large jar on a shelf in my workshop - it has a piece of Washi tape on it with a hurried scroll - “second chances”. Over the years, I have deposited into this jar pairs and singles of beads of various composition - from many sources, and in many sizes and shapes. These are beads I am not using at the time or have extras of - thinking I will use them one day. And then the spirit moves me and I do - because we all deserve second chances.
