Earrings - "At Eagle Rock Beach"

These earrings were inspired by the best of Mother Nature’s gifts.
COMPONENTS: Roughly scratched, raw brass circles suspend charming little raw brass drops. All of the brass components are covered in the Grand Manan Patina - one I achieved by applying to them different natural ingredients and then leaving them in the open, salty air of the Island, to “age”. The patina is raw - meaning that there will be slight alternations in it from time to time - as if the metal were alive. The holed circles are off set - please note the photos.
Suspended from stainless steel, handmade earwires. You have a choice here (see last photo):
Option A - Kite Stainless Steel with plastic backs

Eagle Rock Beach is located in Castalia on Grand Manan Island. Visit it and you will benefit from a gorgeous, wide vista of the northeastern shore of the island. Colourful stones in a variety of shapes and sizes cover the gentle ridges of the beach, with bald eagles occasionally perched on rocks that frame the scene.
DIMENSIONS: Overall approx. length (from top of earwire to lowest part of earrings) 2 1/4”, 5.7 cm - slightly longer if selecting Option B for earwires.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Do not submerge the earrings as that may alter the patina. If the earrings get wet, dab the moisture away gently with tissue.
