Earrings - "Viridi Ammonite"

These earrings were inspired by the best of Mother Nature’s gifts.
COMPONENTS: The show-stoppers in these earrings are the premium Czech glass, ammonite-shaped beads in a lovely shade of green (viridis in Latin). All of the brass components are also covered in the Grand Manan Patina - one I achieved by applying to them different natural ingredients, and then leaving them in the open, salty air of the Island, to “age”. The patina is raw - meaning that there will be slight alternations in it from time to time - as if the metal were alive.
Suspended from stainless steel, handmade earwires. You have a choice here (see last photo):
Option A - Kite Stainless Steel with plastic backs

There must be a million shades of green at Grand Manan Island - both on land and underneath the waves. Lush forests, meadows and grassy shorelines please the eye with verdant shades. And we know that the waves conceal shades of green as well based on the treasures washed up ashore with each tide, and visible in the inter-tidal zone.
DIMENSIONS: Overall length (from top of earwire to lowest part of earrings) 3”, 7.6 cm - slightly shorter if selecting Option A for earwires.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Do not submerge the earrings as that may alter the patina. If the earrings get wet, dab the moisture away gently with tissue.
