Earrings - "Centered in Blue II"

These earrings were inspired by the best of Mother Nature’s gifts.
COMPONENTS: Brass circles and hoops join to create charming dangles that will sway just a little while you move. They are all covered in the Grand Manan Patina - one I achieved by covering them with different natural ingredients, and then leaving them in the open, salty air of the Island, to "age". From the dangles hang charming genuine lapis lazuli and turquoise heishi beads, in little stacks. Not overpowering, these make a confident statement but do not shout.
Suspended from stainless steel, handmade earwires. You have a choice here (see last photo):

The word "island" is virtually synonymous with the word "blue" - because islands coexist with water, be it sea, ocean, river or lake. Grand Manan is an island located in the Bay of Fundy - surrounded by the ocean. Signs of blue are everywhere, in so many shades the eye can hardly contain them. A spot on the ocean's surface you might observe over even a short period of time will charm you with different hues of blue. Give it a try.
