Earrings - "On the way to Woodwards Cove"

These earrings were inspired by the best of Mother Nature’s gifts.
COMPONENTS: Raw brass half-moons and triangles were patiently, and over time, patinated with natural ingredients. The process was completed on Grand Manan, in open air. The bottoms of the triangles suspend clear quartz crystal cubed beads. Hanging on stainless steel, handmade earwires.
Woodwards Cove on Grand Manan Island is a very special place, with a rich history and heritage. The colours at the port inspired these earrings.
The brass is not sealed, meaning that it is raw and will continue to bloom. There may be very slight, exciting variations to the presentation of the patina, as you own the earrings. In a sense, the metal is alive.
DIMENSIONS: Overall length (from top of earwire to lowest part of earrings) 2 1/4”, 5.5 cm.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Do not submerge the earrings. Doing so will alter the patina. If the earrings get wet, dab the moisture away gently with tissue.
