Earrings - "August Island Rain"

These earrings were inspired by the best of Mother Nature’s gifts.
COMPONENTS: I applied the Grand Manan patina to slender brass hoops - covered in natural ingredients, I left them in the open, salty air of the island to “age”. At the bottom, I added charming pale-blue/brown-flecked faceted premium Czech glass beads, with a light Picasso finish. Like raindrops.
Suspended from stainless steel, handmade earwires. You have a choice here (see last photo):
Option A - Kite Stainless Steel with plastic backs

Option B - Almond Stainless Steel with closure - please select at CHECKOUT
The horizon over the Bay of Fundy is simply amazing when rain comes in later summer. As clouds pass, they reveal a sky adorned with splashes of sunshine, sometimes piercing fleeting showers.
DIMENSIONS: Overall length (from top of earwire to lowest part of earrings) 2 1/4”, 5.5cm (slightly longer if you pick Option B for earwires).
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Do not submerge the earrings as that may alter the patina. If they get wet, dab the moisture away gently with tissue.
