Earrings - "A July afternoon at Dark Harbour"

These earrings were inspired by the best of Mother Nature’s gifts.
COMPONENTS: Raw brass half-moons were patiently, and over time, patinated by me with natural ingredients - different natural materials were applied to the top and the bottom half-circles for a slightly different effect. The process was completed on Grand Manan, in open air. . From these “circle” dangle square pyrite beads.

The brass is not sealed, meaning that it is raw and will continue to bloom. There may be very slight, exciting variations to the presentation of the patina as you own and wear the earrings. In a sense, the metal is alive.
DIMENSIONS: Overall length (from top of earwire to lowest part of earrings) 2 1/4”, 5,5 cm.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Do not submerge the earrings. Doing so will alter the patina. If the earrings get wet, dab the moisture away gently with tissue.
